A select number of rooms are available at Oregon State University’s headquarter hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn. The Hilton is located across the street from the LaSells Stewart Center where the conference will take place.

Residential Conferences staff at Oregon State University invites your group to stay with us. We provide on-campus housing accommodations (hotel style) at a convenient budget price.
Stay at the International Living Learning Center (ILLC) on the campus of Oregon State University in single or double rooms. Rooms range from $37 -$49 per bed per night.
Guests can reserve a space by clicking the button at the bottom of this page. When you make a reservation, you are making a reservation for a room. If you plan to share a room with someone, you will need to select a double room and list the second person on the reservation. You have the option of a private restroom or a shared restroom.
Information about the International Living Learning Center (ILLC)
Guests will be staying in the International Living Learning Center, one of OSU’s newest residence halls, located at 1701 SW Western Boulevard in Corvallis, Oregon. The building is home to many international students and has classrooms, faculty offices, a market, and a coffee shop. Full kitchens and lounges are integrated into these public areas, as well. The residential wings, where conference guests will be staying, are located off of these more public areas. These wings are always locked and private from the rest of the building.
Information about the rooms
Most rooms in the ILLC are suite-style (two rooms adjoined by 1 bathroom). Some rooms with a private bathroom are also available. Each room is equipped with a sink, twin beds, wardrobes, and desks. Check-in begins at 3pm each day. Guests will check in directly at the International Living Learning Center (ILLC). When you arrive to the ILLC please call our conference staff at +1-(541)-230-4077 and they will meet you in the hall with your keys. If you need access to a phone there is a call box located outside the west ILLC entrance.
To checkout, guests must return their key and electronic access fob to the conference staff by 11am on the designated checkout date. Additional check-out details will be communicated when you arrive.
